Job Title: Master Technician
Department: Mechanical
Our client is looking for a well-experienced vehicle technician with a good 5+ years experience as a technician who has interest in cars and is fast in problem-solving.
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge and previous experience on technical and mechanical problems:
- Engine rebuilding and other engine faults
- Turbos
- DPF issues
- Brake discs, suspensions, etc.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9-6 + Saturdays (week off week on)

What will I be doing?
- Overseeing a team of mechanics
- Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
- Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
- Operate stock control and manage the parts ordering process
- Accurately log all work items and purchase orders in our business management system
- Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard
What do I need for this role?
- Your own tools to be stored in a secure tool box provided by us
- 5+ years experience as a vehicle technician
- Understand and comply with health and safety standards
- A full and valid Driving Licence
It will be a bonus if you had:
- MOT Tester qualification
- NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
