MarTech Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

As a MarTech Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our martech, CX, and data landscape, driving performance through innovative technology and data-driven strategies. You will take ownership of a range of marketing technology capabilities, with a particular focus on our newly introduced Customer Data Platform (CDP).
This is a unique opportunity to define and deliver the tech and data roadmap, ensuring our CDP and broader martech ecosystem enhance customer experience and business performance. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, digital, technology, and data to turn insights into seamless omni-channel experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and enhance our CDP - Define and deliver the technology and data roadmap to maximize customer insights and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for martech capabilities, working alongside the CDP Product Owner and wider stakeholders.
  • Explore and integrate new martech solutions to elevate customer engagement, including email automation, CRM, advertising technology, and digital tagging.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations while maximizing personalization and targeting.
  • Collaborate across teams and regions, working with marketing, digital, and technology colleagues to implement and optimize marketing technology platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance our martech stack.
About You:
We're seeking a martech, digital, or data professional with experience in marketing technology implementation and optimization. You might come from an agency background looking to move client-side, or you may have a background in marketing, data engineering, or technology with a strong focus on martech innovation.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) - Ideally Treasure Data (implementation, management, or optimization).
  • Strong expertise in martech ecosystems, including email automation, CRM, digital advertising, campaign management, and customer identity solutions.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and how they impact customer experience.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data environments, ETL processes, and scripting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, digital, and technology teams, ideally within global or multi-market organizations.
  • A passion for emerging martech trends and a drive to innovate.
