We build the best marquees in the UK, and we need a solid leader to help bring them to life at events across the season. If you're a hands-on Marquee Foreman who knows how to get a team moving and enjoys the buzz of setting up incredible event spaces, this role could be perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the team in setting up and dismantling marquees for weddings, festivals, and corporate events.
• Training and mentoring newer crew members, making sure they learn the ropes.
• Keeping an eye on equipment—making sure it’s in good shape and ready to go.
• Working closely with the management team to keep things running smoothly.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met on-site.
• Adding creative input to make each setup look its best.
• Communicating with team members, suppliers, and clients as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in marquee installation, especially for high-end events.
• Strong leadership skills—you can motivate a team and keep things organised.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Flexible and adaptable—every event is different!
• A valid UK driving licence.
