Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Operation Analyst to join our Equity Derivative Settlements team in Chester serving our priority clients, providing technical support in an industry-leading Derivatives support function for one or more Derivatives product areas.

This team has been in the Chester location for 10 years, creating a positive presence. You will be in contact with partners globally, including locations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York, allowing you to build solid relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent client service to our priority clients to agree cash flows.
• Investigating and resolving pre and post cash settlement discrepancies and non-receipts.
• Reporting on and clearing cash breaks, and resolving a variety of derivatives operations problems.
• Liaising with global Trade Support to resolve risk and break issues.
• Implementing improvements to the system infrastructure and control environment.
• Performing root cause analysis and communicating updates to senior management.
