Role / Team Overview:

The UK, EU, MEA Markets Business Execution team is an in-business team responsible for the oversight of Regulatory, Risk & Control and Business Execution related activities, supporting the UK, EU and MEA Markets Head. This role will involve the application of analytical and administrative skills in order to conduct activities which support the activities of the team. The diligent delivery of regular weekly and monthly processes are also aimed at ensuring the timely escalation and notification of information which is critical to the senior management decision making and accountability framework.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to the activities of the UK, EU, MEA Markets Business Execution team;
  • Assist UK, EU, MEA Markets R&C leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing and monitoring metrics;
  • Collaborating with various businesses across Markets to deliver on organizational objectives;
  • Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business governance committees and/or regular business meetings;
  • Applying advanced analytical techniques in order to extract insight and trends across businesses, products, and the region;
  • Developing and improving processes and workflows in order to strengthen the control environment. Assisting in the running of controls processes as required.

What you'll bring:

  • Relevant experience in financial markets business or business support.
  • Ability to foster working relationships with leaders across multiple lines of business and with support organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
