About the role:

As the Marketplace Marketing Manager at TRIP, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our brand across the Amazon platform and other e-retail platforms. This position focuses on scaling and optimizing our ad spend through AMS and DSP platforms, enhancing SEO to align with TRIP’s brand guidelines, and leading strategic initiatives to build and maintain our online presence. You will be responsible for ensuring that TRIP’s product pages and brand store content stand out while developing and tracking review cultivation strategies. Additionally, you will manage e-retail visibility and collaborate to optimize digital marketing initiatives across these channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellness brands and be part of a passionate team with ambitious global expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Ad Spend Management: Plan and execute advertising campaigns via AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and DSP (Demand Side Platform) to scale and maximize ROI and brand visibility.
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with TRIP’s brand guidelines to enhance search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Review Cultivation & Tracking: Create and oversee strategies to encourage customer reviews, respond to feedback, and track review metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Content Management: Maintain and optimize product pages and brand store content to reflect TRIP’s brand voice and messaging, align with the Brand teams ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality visuals and copy.
  • E-Retail Strategy: Collaborate with e-retail partners to design and execute marketing strategies that align with TRIP’s objectives, ensuring effective promotion and product positioning.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, SEO effectiveness, and content engagement, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies to keep TRIP ahead of the curve.

About You: We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven individual with a passion for wellness and a strong background in performance marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and are excited by the prospect of contributing to a mission-driven brand.

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in trade marketing, eCommerce, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG or wellness industries.
  • Expertise: Proven experience with AMS and DSP platforms, SEO best practices, and eCommerce content management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, performance report, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate strategies clearly.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for detail and creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
