As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing and sales teams learning and developing skills within leadership and management to eventually help us manage our ever-growing marketing campaigns and client demand.

Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Sales Support: Assist our sales team by developing targeted strategies, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication.
2. Training and Development: Mentor and develop the next wave of talent in our marketing and sales department, guiding them in campaign development, strategic planning, and professional growth.
3. Market Insight: Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth.
4. Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
