Location : Liverpool / Hybrid (Remote working available)

Contract Type : Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 : 45 am – 4 : 45 pm)

We’re looking for a Social Housing Lead to work with social landlords across the UK to drive forward Furnished Tenancy schemes . This role is all about making connections, shaping policies, and ensuring more tenants can build stable, comfortable homes.

Your Role & Impact

As our Social Housing Strategy & Partnerships Lead, you will :

  • Collaborate with social landlords to establish and grow Furnished Tenancy schemes that support tenants.
  • Present and influence decision-makers, from Board members to frontline staff, securing buy-in for these initiatives.
  • Develop compelling business cases and resources to make the case for Furnished Tenancy schemes.
  • Work with finance, procurement, lettings, and service charge teams to embed Furnished Tenancy schemes into housing strategies.
  • Track and measure the success of Furnished Tenancy schemes, ensuring they improve tenancy sustainability, reduce void costs, and enhance tenant wellbeing.
  • Champion best practices, capturing case studies and sharing knowledge across the sector.
  • Organise housing summits to bring together experts and social landlords to drive change.
  • Advocate for furniture provision in social housing, helping to scale solutions that truly make a difference.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who have experience in :

  • Social housing, tenancy management, or housing policy
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Financial, procurement, and operational processes in housing
  • Data analysis and reporting, to measure project impact
  • Communication and presentation skills, especially when influencing decision-makers
  • Desirable - Experience working with Furnished Tenancy schemes
