Marketing & PR Executive
Crawley
£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Permanent, Full-Time (Office-based, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)


We're working with our well-established and globally recognised client to find a proactive Marketing & PR Executive to join their close-knit team. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting brand growth across PR, trade events, product marketing and customer campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage relationship with external PR agency
  2. Approve press releases, organise product training, and press sampling
  3. Identify media opportunities and coordinate press assets
  4. Plan and execute UK and international trade shows
  5. Oversee event logistics, post-event reporting, and internal event planning
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver B2B marketing plans
  7. Coordinate budgets, campaigns, and marketing assets
  8. Prepare presentations and attend client meetings
  9. Support new/existing product launches
  10. Write product copy, manuals, and promotional content
  11. Organise training and create launch collateral
  12. Raise purchase orders, coordinate meetings, and maintain project timelines

What we are looking for:
  1. 3-5 years' marketing experience
  2. Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
  3. Confident juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines
