This role manages the day to day investment tracking processes within the Retail Experience & Marketing team within LEGO Retail. The role supports the Marketing Planning and Performance Director and Senior Manager in delivering strategic commercial and marketing plans with budget recommendations based on data and insights. This role sits in the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) function of the LEGO Retail organisation. LEGO Retail is the owned and operated retail arm of the LEGO Group, responsible for LEGO Brand Retail Stores (LBR) and LEGO.com. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Planning and Performance and sits in the Global Retail Marketing function. It works closely with all Marketing teams across LEGO Retail including Go-To-Market, Regional teams, Visual Merchandising and Retail Experiences.
This role will represent LEGO Retail within the wider LEGO Group Markets & Channels Central Marketing team.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in marketing and commercial planning, who can effectively coordinate and support budget preparation while managing marketing planning data in an analyst role. The ideal candidate has the ability to process and interpret large data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting. A highly collaborative team player with strong communication skills in English, they bring positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a passion for marketing. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to navigate complex planning processes while working closely with stakeholders. While a background in finance, accounting, or economics can be beneficial, it is not a requirement for this role.
