Job Description
We are looking for a Testing Specialist to join the Testing & Personalisation Team which sits within Global Ecommerce.
This role is to support the Testing & Personalisation Team with A/B testing. The core of the role’s responsibilities will follow project manager type activities. The candidate may be new to A/B testing but should have a passion for the area along with a curiosity about analytics!
Core Responsibilities
- To own and be responsible for the maintenance and project management of the A/B test pipeline across the Testing Team.
- To work with team members on test delivery dates and adjusting test pipelines and communicating changes accordingly.
- To ensure test Jiras across the team are complete to a high standard and ensuring best practices are always followed.
- To become the team's CMS expert to then build simple A/B tests.
- Take on tasks for the team such as test QA and running research studies in Userzoom and Medallia.
- Work with various Insights Teams, Product Squads, and platforms to develop experiment hypotheses.
- Supporting the team with running experiments from hypothesis through to completion.
- Generate analysis for A/B experiments, utilising various tools including Adobe Analytics & Optimizely.
Do you have what it takes?
- Highly organised, motivated, data-minded, creative, structured, enthusiastic, positive and a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding open and collaborative communication style, with experience of working across cultures and time zones to build connected, balanced relationships.
- Experience in Jira or a similar tool.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
