Job description

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Operations (MOPs) Specialist plays a critical role in supporting marketing managers across all divisions in the planning, delivery and implementation of marketing communications activities, at the Regional and country level. This covers both brand elevation and demand generation activities including, but not limited to, integrated marketing campaigns and ABM campaigns, product launches, event and congress management, content and collateral development, and digital acceleration, to achieve Hologic’s country and EMEAC growth targets.

The MOPs Specialist also supports, develops and aligns marketing, marcomm and other associated processes or programs across the divisions and countries and consults on and optimizes commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs to ensure the highest level of utilization, performance and efficiency across all divisions in all regions.

What To Expect:

Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Effectively engage and build trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, market access, scientific affairs, legal, and regulatory teams.

Marketing Communications:

  • Design, develop and execute fully integrated and multi-channel marketing communications programs in support of marketing strategies including the setting of appropriate KPIs to ensure ROI.
  • Develop marketing collateral including translations and Agile approvals.

Project Management:

  • Planning, organization, execution, and management of complex projects with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
What We Expect:

Education:

  • Three (3) to four (4) years at a large global company or agency in marketing communications/communications strategy within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare capital/consumables, and/or IT industries required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as marketing, communications, or information technology.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of current trends in digital communications, social media, and martech combined with the ability to advise on appropriate channels of communication.
  • Up to date in setting meaningful and appropriate KPIs and measurement of ROI.
  • Awareness and understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements with regards to marketing communications and our digital ecosystem, in particular evolving GDPR requirements.

Martech, Tools, and Processes:

  • Proficient in approvals processes including Adprom and Agile.
  • Diligent implementation of the MOPs Briefing process to ensure visibility on all projects and resource planning.
  • Implementation and adherence to the Digital ecosystem governance process.
  • Proficient in ABM including the use of Pardot for targeted and compliant customer communications.
