Marketing Operations Manager, London
Permanent role up to £70,000+ annually
Hybrid Working, with 4 days in the office & WFH on Fridays
USHR Talent is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join a Professional Services organisation, based in Soho, to oversee the Marketing department's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all Marketing activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will manage Marketing technologies, data analytics, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize our marketing efforts and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing workflows, enhance collaboration, and reduce inefficiencies.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of Marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Budget Management: Assist in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of Marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the implementation, integration, and management of Marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, Marketing automation tools, analytics platforms) to enhance Marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports. Analyze Marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all Marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Marketing operations, Marketing technology, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile Marketing methodologies.
