The Role
Develop and implement engaging marketing and communications strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts, creating compelling content that drives engagement.
Produce and distribute newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update the organisation's website with fresh and relevant content.
Support event promotion and campaign coordination.
Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media contacts.
The Person Essential:
Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or related role.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable:
Knowledge of design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
