Our award-winning resource collection - created by teachers for teachers - provides unlimited supplementary digital and printable teaching resources at an unbeatable value.

We have over a million resources, and new content is added every day. Don’t see what you need? Just ask! We make bespoke resources for our members as part of our world-class customer service promise to help those who teach. Twinkl ESL supports English language teachers around the world, from Japan to Mexico. We create resources designed for teachers teaching kids, teens and adults English as a second language.

The Role

We are looking for a fast-paced, go-getting, and creative marketeer who will thrive on the challenge of taking Twinkl’s ESL marketing - with a focus on campaign planning, influencer marketing, email marketing and social media - to the next level of awesomeness to ensure every single ESL teacher knows about Twinkl ESL.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators

You’ll be responsible for owning the ESL marketing strategy from planning to execution and reporting. You will drive growth from social media, email marketing, influencers and partnerships, external advertising opportunities and driving brand awareness amongst ESL teachers around the world (with a focus on countries where English is not the first language). As a direct result of your ambitious and creative marketing actions, you will increase referrals, sign-ups, and conversions.

  • You’ll oversee and support Twinkl ESL’s influencer marketing and ambassador programme.
  • You’ll ideate, source, and manage local brand partnerships and collaborations.

  • Communicate and report back on campaign and strategy performance and provide insights for future campaign development.
  • Using internal and external data sources, you’ll analyse data to inform your marketing actions daily.
  • You’ll be responsible for delivering month-on-month and year-on-year increases in referrals, sign-ups, and conversions from your marketing actions and the actions of your team.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and leverage insights to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
  • You’ll oversee our email marketing strategy, managing newsletters to our audience of over 600,000 teachers in 166 countries, and maximising downloads and conversions from emails.
  • You’ll manage a marketing assistant to support you in the daily running of social media accounts and executing marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll join a hard-working team of Twinkl ESL members based in South Korea, Spain, South Africa, Poland and Portugal, and work alongside Twinkl team members in the wider international team.
