DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in assessing risk and ensuring marketing activities drive the required business outcomes through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their work, demonstrate the ability to thoroughly investigate complex problems, and take swift action to drive solutions forward. This role will focus on producing actionable insights that align marketing activation with business needs and market conditions, utilizing various tools and analytics to optimize our recruitment marketing efforts globally.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Drive data-informed recommendations by analysing trends, campaign performance, and customer behaviour patterns.
  2. Take ownership of weekly intake processes with various stakeholders.
  3. Proactively identify and act on potential risks and opportunities through thorough data analysis.
  4. Present performance insights and recommended actions to senior stakeholders across the Business.
  5. Document marketing actions, building a repository of learnings that influence future strategies.
  6. Work with various marketing tools, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and campaign planning systems to understand campaign performance.
  7. Make timely, data-driven decisions even with incomplete information.
  8. Thoroughly investigate data anomalies to identify root causes and propose solutions.

A day in the life
  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing performance data and market trends.
  2. Collaborate proactively with Global team members across NA, EU, and JP regions.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships and engage in strategic discussions.
  4. Monitor weekly performance and take initiative to drive optimization opportunities.
  5. Work with and help improve automated marketing systems.
  6. Own presenting data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  2. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  3. Experience in marketing or marketing research.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  2. Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  3. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
