This role will support across NPD projects and brand communications campaigns and provide a hybrid structure; 1-2 days per week in Berkshire. The successful Marketing Manager, FMCG will be responsible for:
Leading the NPD development for a recognized portfolio of brands.
Overseeing and managing brand communications campaigns.
Monitoring brand performance, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Working collaboratively with the sales team to optimize distribution and sales.
Managing a significant marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Mentoring and developing a team of junior brand managers.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager, FMCG should have the following experience:
Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent commercial acumen, with experience working with Nielsen and Kantar data.
A creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
