Marketing Manager - UK Sales

Hybrid role - 2 days office-based

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and become a valuable part of the Marketing team.

As Customer Marketing Manager, day-to-day, your role will entail:

1. Creating and implementing successful multi-channel customer marketing strategies throughout the UK and aligning them to the business objectives.
2. Identifying shopper insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform customer marketing strategies and optimise brand campaign effectiveness in-store.
3. Utilising available insight and data to further enhance brand strategy.
4. Leading and motivating a team of Brand Managers, who are located in-market.
5. Staying up to date with the latest trends in the industry and aligning the marketing plan accordingly.
6. Reporting monthly on marketing performance across the region.

To be considered for the role of a Customer Marketing Manager, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

1. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar.
2. Proven experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or retail sales.
3. Previous experience of developing and executing marketing strategies for FMCG brands.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both with internal and external partners.
5. Ability & willingness to travel internationally.

If successful, you can expect a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, pension and access to training and development programs to help you progress your career.
