DESCRIPTION

CoStar Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns that accelerate product awareness, grow acquisition, and maximise consumption of the CoStar product across all audience segments. You will create and maintain sales enablement tools including presentations and playbooks, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales strategies. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation including Sales, Research, Product, Analytics and News, to lead, assist, and execute marketing priorities, including our commercial property industry awards programmes.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work both strategically and tactically to bind our product strategy to the methods we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with marketing and communication teams to develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the development of sales enablement tools including sales collateral, internal campaigns, playbooks, testimonials and customer case studies.
  • Assist with the creation and management of brand awareness marketing campaigns and lead generation activities targeted to key audiences, to include account-based marketing, lead nurture campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Be an expert on our competitors and how they are positioned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience of B2B product marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business or marketing preferred (MBA also preferred).
  • Proven experience delivering best in-class integrated marketing programmes, including email, organic and paid social, search engine marketing, direct mail, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience managing new business and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with external agencies to support campaign delivery and performance is a plus, for example, paid media and social media.
  • Commercial real estate industry experience is desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results.
  • Previous experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborative team player across multiple functional organisations.
  • Proven self-starter who is comfortable generating new ideas.
  • High degree of organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
