The Brighton i360 is a leading visitor attraction in Brighton, offering unique experiences for guests of all ages. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving visitor numbers through innovative and engaging marketing strategies.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to drive visitor numbers, enhance brand awareness, and maximise revenue. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase visitor numbers and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Oversee the attraction’s website, ensuring it is regularly updated, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO.
  • Develop and manage content across social media channels, engaging with audiences to drive interest and interaction.
  • Implement digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, email marketing) to boost visitor numbers.
  • Monitor analytics to measure digital campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and tourism partners to enhance brand exposure.
  • Write and distribute press releases and coordinate PR campaigns.
  • Represent the attraction at industry events and networking opportunities.

Partnerships & Promotions

  • Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and influencers to expand audience reach.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal offers.
  • Oversee brand collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.

Visitor Engagement & Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to improve marketing strategies and visitor experience.
  • Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
