My client is a well-established global SaaS enterprise with a robust market footprint. Following an internal advancement, they're searching for a skilled Marketing Manager to develop compelling cross-channel campaigns with demonstrable experience in a product-focused marketing environment. The ideal candidate will show strength in sales enablement, value proposition development, identifying sales cycle gaps, and partnering with sales teams to address them - all for their cutting-edge B2B platform-as-a-service offering to enhance workplace experience within large corporations.


Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in their offices near Hemel Hempstead


AS MARKETING MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Building compelling product propositions and optimising product websites to drive conversion
  2. Developing sales enablement materials and strategies to help close deals effectively
  3. Identifying engagement gaps during customer onboarding and spotting partnership opportunities
  4. Creating assets for paid media channels and coordinating product collateral for sales teams
  5. Managing social media presence, supporting events, and developing client case studies
  6. Analysing performance metrics across marketing channels to optimise campaign effectiveness

THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in B2B2C and B2B environments
  2. Demonstrable experience with a product-focused marketing environment with strength for sales enablement, value proposition development, spotting sales cycle gaps, and partnering with sales to fill the gap.
  3. Advanced creativity, innovation skills, and exceptional communication abilities
  4. Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and marketing automation platforms
  5. Excellent project management and organisational abilities
