Our client is looking for a passionate individual to join their successful B2C marketing team.

As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing the digital and brand marketing strategies to grow their direct to consumer market share.

Your passion for success, ability to work autonomously, and goal-driven focus, together with your strong marketing skillset, excellent commercial acumen, and analytical skills, will enable you to drive the growth in this prioritised area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage B2C multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns, developing effective customer insight and translating this into successful customer propositions and initiatives across the channel mix.
• Be insight-driven and outcome-focused; motivated and able to demonstrate results and ROI.
• Possess commercial acumen with strong reporting/presentation skills.
• Always adopt a customer-focused approach; analyze consumer data and promote with a focus on customer metrics, designing and implementing strategies to maximize customer perception.
• Act as a brand guardian, championing all brands under the domestic umbrella.
• Exhibit outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Be highly organized with solid project management skills.
• Work without direct supervision and take responsibility for driving delivery of key initiatives.
• Manage agency and budget reporting competency.
• Maintain education to degree level or equivalent in marketing or a related subject and continue Marketing CPD.
• Have a minimum of 4+ years in a digital marketing role.
• Possess digital experience including Content SEO, Social, and WordPress experience ideally, but not essential.
