Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager at LKQ Group UK, you will provide marketing support to one of our key trade channels. You will thrive on the challenge of identifying opportunities to grow the business and have demonstrable experience of how you have done this in previous roles. In addition, you will have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering new product/service propositions, launching these to the market, and delivering commercially focused lead-generating campaigns measured against clear KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translating sales and business objectives into integrated marketing plans.
  2. Creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from conception to completion, delivering high-quality sales opportunities in your target channel.
  3. Developing digital and offline content including events, webinars, videos, whitepapers, etc.
  4. Delivering multichannel campaigns that amplify the message to your target audiences, finding new external channels to reach those audiences.
  5. Working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure goals and plans remain on track, adjusting activities as appropriate.
  6. Conducting continuous market analysis to investigate and recommend the viability of future marketing activity.
  7. Identifying, briefing, and managing third-party agencies.
  8. Managing a small marketing team and contributing to the development of the wider marketing team.
Skills and Experience
  1. Graduate with CIM qualification would be advantageous.
  2. Marketing experience in a multi-site retail environment or automotive environment.
  3. Knowledgeable in all areas of marketing and PR with experience in digital communications.
  4. Good at juggling simultaneous, sometimes conflicting projects.
  5. Comfortable working and leading in a busy marketing environment/department.
