Job Title: International Marketing Manager

Location: Slough, hybrid role (2-3 office based per week)

Our clients company is a strong and rapidly growing international business within the healthcare sector and has become one of the leading providers of products and services for the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer . They are a fast growing, fast moving MedTech business looking to hire a International Marketing Manager with experience within this sector.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to lead key marketing projects and drive growth into Europe and other international markets. This role involves developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, with a focus on the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Manage marketing communications, social media, web-based advertising, and website content. Evaluate digital marketing outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Content Management: Create and update sales tools, commercial brochures, videos, and digital communications. Manage product claims database for substantiated marketing content.
• Event Coordination: Lead the organization of international congresses and support national and local medical conferences. Assist with exhibitions and create key messages and materials.
• Support Sales: Develop sales leads, manage customer databases, and assist in sales qualification.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the International Marketing Director and Marketing Administrative Manager to execute marketing plans.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Good experience and understanding of the European and international medical device industry is required for this role.
• Proven experience in international marketing and sales, particularly in the medical device industry.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation, and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with sales teams.
• Proficiency in Business English; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Computer literacy, including PowerPoint for creating presentations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in life sciences or a related medical field is preferred.
