Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + bonus.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) - flexible start / finish times

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Shaping and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate the brand.
2. Collaborating with directors to target the right markets and refine our approach.
3. Owning digital marketing efforts—SEO, social media, and content creation.
4. Managing a Marketing Executive and working alongside a small, energetic sales team.
5. Enhancing the customer journey across B2B markets.
6. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
7. Analysing what works, ditching what doesn't, and keeping the strategy sharp.
8. Overseeing the production of marketing materials and collateral.

Requirements

1. A generalist marketer with proven digital expertise.
2. Experience with Hubspot and WordPress, or similar digital platforms.
3. A strategic mindset, with a 'hands-on' approach.
4. Commercially focused with experience in B2B essential (B2C exposure is a 'nice to have').
5. A creative thinker who can build a brand and deliver results.
6. Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles.
7. Proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry.
8. Excellent understanding of the link between Sales and Marketing.
9. A team player who can work closely with leadership but loves to take the reins.
