Job description

Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + bonus.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) - flexible start / finish times

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Shaping and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate the brand
  • Collaborating with directors to target the right markets and refine our approach
  • Owning digital marketing efforts—SEO, social media, and content creation
  • Managing a Marketing Executive and working alongside a small, energetic sales team
  • Enhancing the customer journey across B2B markets
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies
  • Analysing what works, ditching what doesn't, and keeping the strategy sharp
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral
Requirements
  • A generalist marketer with proven digital expertise
  • Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress, or similar digital platforms
  • A strategic mindset, with a 'hands on' approach
  • Commercially focused with experience in B2B essential (B2C exposure is a 'nice to have')
  • A creative thinker who can build a brand and deliver results
  • Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry
  • Excellent understanding of the link between Sales and Marketing
  • A team player who can work closely with leadership but loves to take the reins
