Marketing Manager

Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join their team.

The Role

As a marketing manager, you will be part of a wider team providing support to clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your role is to support with a variety of marketing strategies to facilitate delivery of the business's key aims and objectives.

Main Duties

1. Managing marketing campaigns: overseeing the development, execution and budget of campaigns, in line with the company brand and strategy.
2. Full management of the company social media channels and production of all content.
3. Creating content for a variety of marketing campaigns such as newsletters, web articles and marketing brochures.
4. Liaising and working with our external marketing agency to support the online SEO and PPC strategies.
5. Liaising with the wider sales team to support with lead conversion, company turnover and profitability.
6. Organising promotional events, such as trade shows.
7. Leading the outbound email marketing strategies.
8. Analysing the marketing performance via a variety of metrics.

1. Answering telephone calls and emails, and responding appropriately, when required.
2. Supporting the marketing and admin assistants.
3. Providing administrative support in holiday cover.
4. Being flexible to support with other tasks and assignments, including responding to requests from the operations team when required.

1. Driving all marketing strategies to meet company aims and objectives.
2. Ensuring all duties are undertaken in a timely manner.
3. Providing support to the Sales and Marketing Director when required.
4. Supporting the sale cycle and conversion of new business.
