The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the company Directors, you will enjoy a good degree of autonomy as you drive all things marketing and brand-led. You will own and leverage the relationship with external marketing agencies - you will direct what activities they deliver, measure their effectiveness, and ensure that they are providing the best possible service. Currently, external agency support is predominantly focused on email marketing, social media, SEO, and Google AdWords.
The overall objective of the role is to increase brand awareness within key markets to drive inbound sales enquiries. This is a role where what you do can have an immediate effect on business success, so you'll need to be prepared to get things moving quickly and to learn fast.
