We need a self-starter who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and help shape our success. This is a chance to grow with the business while enjoying the flexibility of part-time work.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Using every trick in the marketing playbook to drive lead generation for our team.
2. Getting hands-on with multi-channel marketing - think paid media, email campaigns, content creation, website optimisation, and more!
3. Tracking, analysing and optimising campaign performance to boost conversions and effectiveness.
4. Running test-and-learn campaigns to refine messaging, channels, and audience targeting.
5. Creating compelling content that speaks directly to our audience.
6. Owning and developing our digital marketing strategy, covering paid search, paid social, email marketing, website performance and beyond.
7. Running A/B testing to enhance website conversion rates through smart design, structure, and content tweaks.
8. Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitors, always looking for fresh opportunities.
9. Managing and optimising our WordPress website - experience is essential!
10. Using HubSpot (if you’ve got experience, that’s a bonus!).
