Job Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity to balance and enhance our individual brand identities while amplifying our collective voice. We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our brand awareness among clients, candidates, and as an employer of choice driving organic growth and long-term success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that celebrates and strengthens the distinctiveness of each brand while reinforcing our collective mission.
- Analyse and optimise marketing strategies, communications, and website performance to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging, tailored content that resonates with our diverse audiences across channels, including articles, social media, websites, press releases, and testimonials.
- Implement and refine social media strategies to attract and retain top candidates and clients.
- Enhance website content for SEO, ensuring each brand achieves greater visibility while contributing to the overall group’s online presence.
- Manage campaigns that effectively target key audiences, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement and maximum ROI.
- Strengthen our employer brand to position Operam Education Group as the go-to destination for top talent in the recruitment industry.
- Collaborate on initiatives that highlight our collective achievements, including award submissions, certifications, and industry accolades.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a multi-brand role. You will bring:
- A degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a CIM qualification.
- Expertise in managing multi-brand strategies across both digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
- Strong SEO knowledge, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and campaign performance analysis.
- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
- A passion for using marketing and communication to foster growth organically and authentically.
