ABOUT THE ROLE

As we pursue that mission in the UK, we’re looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Manager to join our UK marketing team, helping to deliver world-class marketing activity. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, this role will support the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives and partnerships that help shape and define the Peloton brand. This candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consumer insights, media, creative, product, e-commerce, lifecycle, marketing analytics and content to develop a best-in-class approach to help support Peloton’s marketing efforts across acquisition, engagement and retention.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Support the execution of local integrated marketing efforts, working in close partnership with the UK Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (including brand, PR & Comms, Lifecycle, social, and retail marketing).
  • Contribute to the development of country-level marketing strategy and creative briefs grounded in consumer, competitive, and brand insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to localise brand & product marketing campaigns (including briefing, feedback and execution) and adopt a consumer-first lens throughout the creative development process.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing activations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support the execution of local 1P & 3P retail marketing strategy, including developing marketing briefs and executing campaigns, events, and activations in partner channels to drive traffic and educate/convert visitors (on & offline).
  • Collaborate with retail partners to continuously optimise Peloton’s presence across partner platforms and touchpoints, including Amazon, John Lewis and Fitshop.
  • Build and execute local social media strategy, to include the UK community Facebook page, and foster community engagement, share Peloton news, and drive intrigue among non-members - in partnership with the Global Social, Content, Creator Team, Content Social and the Global Community Team.
  • Support Marketing Director on ad-hoc marketing tasks as required.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Experience in marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment, managing omni-channel campaigns at scale. Experience in retail marketing is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with creative teams on briefing, creative development and production.
  • Experience with campaign measurement & reporting and translating rich consumer insights into an actionable and compelling marketing strategy driving business KPIs.
  • Superb project management skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • An eye for detail with the ability to see and understand the big picture across multiple projects.
  • Ability to be a fantastic team player, working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management.
