Marketing Manager - Hybrid

An excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join an award-winning travel business. Ideally hybrid with one day in a London office, salary around £60,000 - £75,000 plus fantastic benefits and bonus structure. You must come from a marketing background within travel, working for businesses that deal with high-end clientele.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 7, including 3 managers and 4 executives, focusing on marketing strategy and people management.
2. Creating and delivering a compelling multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and increase sales/bookings.

Marketing Manager Skills Required:

1. Experience of leading a marketing function, creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
2. Experience in the travel sector is a must, dealing with a luxury product or clientele.
3. Track record of delivering ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives.
4. Knowledge of content strategies and social media platforms.
5. Understanding of web and conversion (preferred).
6. Google Analytics knowledge (preferred).
7. Work well under time pressure.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Marketing Manager Package:

A basic salary of £60,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
