Job description

We are seeking a diligent and collaborative Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing activities, develop and manage campaigns, and explore new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Our client is a publisher and events producer covering institutional investment and local government finance. We're looking for a diligent, collaborative marketer who can build, deliver and analyse campaigns across our event portfolio and publications. A rough split will be 70% events marketing and 30% publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyse marketing performance data
  • Oversee email marketing and database management
  • Enhance digital marketing strategies, including social media
  • Contribute to content creation and promotional materials

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of two years of marketing and campaign management experience
  • Proficiency with databases and email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, MailChimp)
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • £40,000 to £45,000 per year (STE) plus performance-based bonus
  • 27 days holiday
