Job description

Opticore IT is a rapidly expanding specialist IT Service Consultancy offering a wide variety of opportunities to work within challenging and exciting environments across our client base which spans multiple verticals including Finance, Media, Telecommunications and more.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Sales team. This is a hybrid opportunity working in our HQ in Liverpool Street two days a week. You’ll be responsible for leading and executing all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and new revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full ownership of all B2B marketing campaigns – Priorities: Brand Awareness, Lead Generation.
  • Manage marketing activity via HubSpot.
  • Launch new products and services with GTM strategy.
  • Create internal and external sales and product collateral (RFPs/SOW/Product Overviews).
  • Ensuring a measurable return on investment (ROI) for all marketing efforts.
  • Email marketing campaign design, implementation, management, and reporting.
  • Website development and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Lead Outbound marketing activities, including emailing and social campaigns.
  • Work with the Technical Assurance team to drive our raw content.
  • Work with third-party agencies to refine marketing content in various forms.
  • Own and manage Opticore's LinkedIn Account, SharePoint, and Content Library.

What you’ll bring:

  • A record of managing and delivering digital campaigns including content creation, collateral design, campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of marketing platforms such as G4A, CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Working knowledge of creative platforms such as Adobe Suite, Canva, MS Office and graphic design/video editing experience.
  • Previous history of working within Tech.
