Term: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.

What exactly will you be doing?
As a Marketing Manager, you will design and deliver integrated marketing strategies tailored to specific categories to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. You will oversee multichannel campaigns, manage category budgets and ensure alignment with AAT's broader goals. You will work collaboratively across internal teams and external agencies to develop impactful marketing initiatives while mentoring and guiding your team to achieve excellence. Your role will also involve continuous optimisation of marketing performance through data analysis and horizon-scanning.

Major objectives
Your major objectives will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with AAT's goals.
  • Plan, execute and optimise multichannel campaigns and always-on marketing activities.
  • Establish and track KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage category budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation with a focus on ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Design and Brand to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing agencies, managing briefs to create quality content and impactful campaigns.
  • Review and refine marketing activities through benchmarking and horizon-scanning to implement forward-thinking improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies, product lifecycles and digital channels, including social media, email and PPC.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with CRM and digital analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GA4).
  • Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of campaigns.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and relevant compliance considerations in marketing activities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a drive to deliver results.
