We are currently looking to recruit a specific Food and Beverage Marketing Manager for this classic 5 Star Luxury Mayfair Hotel. This position reports directly into the GM/Sales and has the full support of Head Office. The successful Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will work closely with the wider commercial team delivering exceptional results for our hotel.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance the hotel's brand, increase revenue, and ensure our positioning as a leading luxury destination in London and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, bringing fresh ideas to life and elevating the hotel's image across traditional and digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients, partners, and customers.
  2. Developing a strategic marketing plan for the Hotel and Food and Beverage outlets.
  3. Providing all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in sales and marketing efforts.
  4. Managing the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue and meet the hotel and F&B objectives.
  5. Ensuring that all campaigns are supported comprehensively through online channels, including website, social media, internal database, and affiliate partnerships.
  6. Conducting competitive research, notably from a content and social media standpoint.
  7. Organizing and supporting photoshoots and filming projects.
  8. Designing and producing brochures, marketing collateral, flyers, presentations, etc., for F&B outlets and hotel.
  9. Ensuring consistent, integrated marketing communication across all online channels (website, social media, internal database) and with affiliate partnerships.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar senior role within the luxury hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire creativity and deliver results.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and exceptional communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
