Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business streams within the group. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of junior marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target market needs, across multiple business streams in the Group.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (ABM, digital, print, events, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop and maintain strong brand awareness and positioning within the critical power sector.

Lead & Manage Marketing Team:

  • Mentor and develop a team of junior marketing professionals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance, and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, 1 email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics, including booth design, staffing, and lead generation.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Track and analyse marketing spend and ROI for all campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, track leads, and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.

Industry Networking:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and key stakeholders.

Stay Current:

  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, social media platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Budget management and financial reporting experience.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Drivers License

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the critical power sector (e.g., generators, UPS systems, data centres).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and software.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
