Job description

Insignia are seeking a professional and experienced Marketing Manager to join our London office. This individual will be responsible for establishing the Insignia brand across Europe as we continue to grow. You will play a pivotal role in the development of the brand and will work closely with the global team to help take Insignia to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement and measure all core marketing activity and take ownership of developing the Group’s core marketing strategy in Europe, in conjunction with the Directors and the Group's wider strategy.
  2. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity within Insignia.
  3. Dealing with PR and event agencies; from negotiating and signing contracts to monitoring activities and reporting back to the wider group.
  4. Working with influencers and ambassadors in the region for brand awareness.
  5. Managing all marketing for the lifestyle management aspect of the business.
  6. Using consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high-quality creative.
  7. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  8. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales and business growth activities.
  9. Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.
  10. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring ROI.
  11. Managing online and print marketing materials from collateral to product packaging within the region and reporting back to the global team.
  12. Creating relevant sales collateral to support the sales team in events or as general client-facing documents.
  13. Managing and sourcing suppliers locally.
  14. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  15. Working closely with the rest of the global marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.
  16. Maximising the use of company CRM and other marketing assets such as digital customer acquisition and social media marketing.
  17. Supporting on sales pitches and the overall growth strategy with the sales team.

Professional Requirements:

  1. Business and/or marketing degree or equivalent.
  2. Previous background within luxury brands or consultancies.
  3. Over 5 years’ experience within all areas of Marketing.
  4. An unrivalled knowledge of consumer marketing in the VIP segment.
  5. A background in innovative and creative solutions to content.
  6. Excellent line management experience is essential.
  7. SME consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.
  8. Highly detail and delivery focused.
