The Opportunity: Marketing Manager

Now, are you ready for the amazing opportunity? As Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover at RBH, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing Director. You'll be the go-to contact, providing day-to-day support to our teams and hotels across the UK. From managing performance reporting to crafting marketing emails and updating hotel websites, you'll have a chance to showcase your skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities: Unleash Your Potential

  1. You’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of some fantastic properties across the UK.
  2. Take charge of managing and maintaining websites for our hotels and platforms, ensuring they're always in top shape.
  3. Find new ways to improve by diving into data and providing insightful analysis to optimize website performance.
  4. Support group marketing campaigns and be the go-to person for design and print details.
  5. Get creative and craft captivating HTML email campaigns to engage our wider audience.
  6. Manage CRM and data management for hotel marketing activities, while providing social media support including content generation, training, and auditing.
  7. Spread the word about our amazing offerings by supporting PR activity across the hotels and group.
  8. Showcase your marketing skills by attending and presenting at relevant meetings and events.
  9. Ensure we get the most bang for our buck by managing marketing activities within set budgets.
  10. Be a team player and support the wider marketing team with multiple projects and initiatives.

Working Arrangements

This maternity cover role is the perfect opportunity for a skilled Marketing Manager to take the reins and leave a lasting impact. Starting in April/May 2025, you'll have the chance to hit the ground running, own key projects, and gain hands-on experience in a role that offers both autonomy and collaboration. With flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to travel to our hotels, this is a rare chance to step into a well-established role and make it your own.

And while this is a fixed-term role, RBH operates over 50 hotels, meaning there may be opportunities for a future role within one of our properties.
