Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Gillingham, Kent, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the brand vision for Ability Plus, driving growth through both digital and offline marketing channels.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing the company’s social media presence, and analysing market data to inform future activity. The role also involves liaising with store teams, coordinating promotional events, managing supplier relationships, and working closely with senior leadership to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
