You will manage a marketing executive and marketing assistant and report to our Chief Commercial Officer.

About You

  4. Creativity: The ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  5. Digital Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, UX, and social media.
  6. Market Knowledge: Gain and expand your awareness of the target markets, industry trends, and competitor activity and respond accordingly with agile strategies for product, price, etc.

About the Role

  1. Strategic Planning: Creating and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, including market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive research.
  2. Campaign Development: Designing and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels like digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and public relations.
  3. Budget Management: Overseeing the marketing budget, allocating funds effectively across different campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Brand Management: Enhancing the company's brand image through consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials, and by effective networking.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key marketing metrics including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, retention, cost of acquisition, average revenue per user, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Customer Insights: Analyzing customer data to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and identify opportunities for improvement.
