The Role

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team as a maternity cover and lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our marketing initiatives across digital, social, print, events, and PR. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing & Implementing Strategy – Creating and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Content Creation & Management – Overseeing the production of high-quality content across digital platforms, print, and merchandise.
• Social Media & Video Production – Managing all social media channels, including video content creation and community engagement.
• Digital Advertising & SEO – Running and optimising Google Ads and Meta paid campaigns for maximum ROI.
• PR & Press Management – Building media relationships, handling press releases, and securing media coverage.
• Event & Webinar Management – Organising and promoting industry events and webinars.
• Email Marketing – Developing targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Website & Analytics – Keeping website content fresh and optimized while analysing campaign performance for improvements.
• Management - manage the wider TSPC team and undertake reporting to the board.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within property marketing or a related industry.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and PPC advertising.
• Strong writing and copy-editing skills with an eye for engaging content.
• Experience with PR, event management, and email marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• A creative thinker with excellent organisational and project management abilities.
