We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team. This position requires someone with a deep understanding of the marketing mix, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful, on-time campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day team management.

To be successful in the role, you will have strong people management skills, with experience of developing, coaching and supporting a team of Marketing Executives across different specialisms.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives, fostering development, and ensuring motivation.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to promote growth and productivity.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality.

Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, content, social media, PR, and offline marketing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and broader business goals.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Use analytics to track KPIs and adjust tactics as needed for continuous improvement.

External Agency & Supplier Management

• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support marketing activities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Industry Awareness & Innovation

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to maintain innovative and competitive marketing approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in marketing
• 2+ years experience of people management
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Location: onsite based at our Doncaster Head Office

Salary: £40,000
