We are looking for a Manager, Global Marketing Operations to lead asset management, stakeholder communication, and international marketing material distribution. Working within the Brand & Content Marketing, Streaming division, this London-based role supports marketing teams across EMEA and APAC, ensuring smooth workflows and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Focus
Develop and refine global marketing processes across streaming brands, aligning with regional and local market needs
Lead operational initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign execution
Support international teams in launching marketing campaigns across multiple territories
Oversee collaboration processes for regional productions in EMEA while developing strategies for APAC expansion
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and key partners
Provide high-level support to internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Media Relations, and Creative
Ensure global alignment and seamless coordination across departments
Marketing Asset Distribution
Manage the global distribution of marketing assets, ensuring smooth campaign rollouts
Oversee delivery of marketing materials, including video, key art, production stills, and digital assets
Lead a team of coordinators to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in global project management, ideally within media or entertainment
Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones, with flexibility for out-of-hours work when required
Strong expertise in project management methodologies and production workflows
Comprehensive knowledge of video and digital media formats
Proven ability to manage high volumes of projects while balancing shifting priorities
Location & Working Arrangement
Based in London, following a hybrid working model (three days in the office per week)
