Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Chelmsford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Salary: £45K - £60K dependant on experience

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. You will engage target audiences and drive business growth through diverse marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of five, promoting a high-performance culture.
2. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
3. Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital ads) to generate leads.
4. Analyse performance and optimise strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Manage budgets and collaborate with third-party agencies for effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a marketing management role.
2. Strong experience in multi-channel marketing (email, social media and digital ads).
3. Experience with data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.
4. A results-driven approach with a focus on customer engagement and conversion, working towards KPI's.
5. Budget management and agency coordination experience.
6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
