Position: Marketing Manager Position

Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £50,000.00 - £60,000.00 FTE

Location: Flexible location out of 1 of our UK offices / hybrid

About Archus
We are a healthcare consultancy providing strategic advice directly to government, health care providers and hospital groups. Founded in 2017, we have worked on over 1000 projects to date, supporting healthcare clients in the delivery of multi-million-pound healthcare projects across the UK, Canada and other locations internationally. The team is led by a highly experienced and capable senior leadership team who have worked together for many years.

We have experienced significant growth since inception with five offices in the UK, two in Ireland and one in Toronto, Canada. We’re successfully targeting international growth via new territories while creating additional service offerings to meet the needs of the market and capitalise on global increases in healthcare spend. We position ourselves uniquely as one of the few firms of consultants to provide end-to-end advice on healthcare projects, from initial strategy development through to on-site delivery. This includes our Archus Insights team that provide a data analytics service to our UK and worldwide client base.

We pride ourselves in being a B-Corp accredited business, we also hold the Silver Standard regarding Investors in People and were recently awarded a 2-star Best Companies accolade.

We are flexible in our approach and don’t conform to a traditional 9-5 but instead trust our employees to fulfil their contractual hours in line with their personal and professional commitments.

The Role and Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager to join our Corporate services team, who provide efficient and effective support across various functions to enable the wider company to deliver on strategic business goals and mission.

As a marketing manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing activities to elevate our brand presence and drive business growth both in the UK, Ireland, Canada and international expansion.

This position is ideal for a dynamic and creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. It requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to support business growth and market presence.

The majority of the corporate services team are based out of our Bristol office, but we are flexible in terms of where the marketing manager role will be based.

We operate a hybrid working policy where you will be required to attend the office at least once a week – given the facilities you will probably want to spend more time working out of the office!
