Talent Hub is working in partnership with a niche travel company that works in the global market. Going from strength to strength, their marketing team is now looking for an all-round Marketing Manager with expert skills and knowledge in Digital Marketing. This is predominantly an office-based role in Brighton, a few days per week, with the option and flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week. This job manages 1 person in the team.
Worked in a similar level Digital Marketing job, ideally in the travel sector.
Experience of optimising websites, managing customer journeys, SEO and PPC.
Delivered digital marketing campaigns with in-house resources, especially SEO and PPC (not through 3rd party agencies).
Extensive working knowledge of all digital marketing platforms and channels for an online retail business.
Successfully managed social media campaigns and committees.
Proven skills in B2C marketing, especially online.
Previous experience in line managing marketing team members.
Develop, create and execute the Marketing Plan and strategy, in-line with the 5 year plan.
Execute, develop and deliver the digital, brand and offline marketing plan and objectives, with detailed campaign deliverables.
Develop and execute all digital campaigns to increase web traffic; including content, SEO, Paid (AdWords & re-targeting), Display and all Social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn.
Track, measure, report and analyse all digital marketing activities.
Manage and improve retention activity including the Loyalty Program Communications, Partnerships & Affiliates.
