Job description

The Marketing Insight Specialist will be responsible for analysing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insight to help drive business decisions and allow us to better serve our customers.

They’ll provide regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in order to support tactical and strategic decision making across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and commercial departments.

This is a full time, permanent role that follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compelling insight into the behaviour of our customers to the wider business
  • Providing ad hoc customer analysis at speed to answer strategic business questions
  • Regular reporting of customer metrics, highlighting key contributing factors to change
  • Creating and maintaining data products that enable stakeholders to self-serve data
  • Investigating the impact that major events and deals have on customer behaviour
About you

For this role, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced at coding in SQL is essential
  • Passionate about doing the right thing for our customers
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experienced in the use of data visualisation techniques
  • Able to produce content that is both engaging and aesthetically pleasing
  • A natural problem solver that is able to think outside the box
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, reactive environment
  • Experienced in presenting data and tailoring delivery to stakeholder needs
  • Able to communicate complex data in a clear and concise way
  • Highly organised with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Desirable

  • Experience working in Customer Insight within the retail industry
