The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketer / Events Coordinator to join our growing team of marketing professionals. In this dual role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and assist in coordinating company events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with market research, creating compelling content for various channels and executing omni-channel campaigns. You will also play a central role in organising events, from initial planning to on-the-day logistics and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and a passion for marketing and event management.

As a Junior Marketer / Events Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure that marketing initiatives and events align with our company’s brand and strategic objectives. You will manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of all projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining event budgets, tracking expenses, and generating reports on marketing and event metrics. What You'll Do:

  • Own the logistics and operations of event planning and execution
  • Management of vendors and suppliers related to events
  • Support in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement
  • Jointly with Sales, own on-site event management, including of Airbox team members
  • Management of event budget (as set by HOM and overseen by Marketing Manager), tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Assist in evaluating event success, gathering feedback from attendees and analysing event performance (against initial event objectives)

About You:

  • Marketing Knowledge: An understanding of basic marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Event Planning: Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination, including logistics, budgeting and vendor management.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating content and coordinating with team members, vendors and clients.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and event logistics.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns and event themes.
  • Internships/Entry-Level Positions: Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles through internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and show a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
