Marketing Executive Apprenticeship

Covering sectors in HPC, AI, Cloud & virtualisation, Data management, 5G, and IoT. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Drive brand awareness through content creation, social media management, email marketing, sales materials, and event displays
• Analyse digital marketing data and use insights to optimize strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
• Spearhead new ideas to push Server Factory’s marketing strategy forward
• Manage the company’s online presence across various platforms

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000 per annum
• 10-6 Monday – Friday
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Someone eager to learn and grow within the marketing field
• Understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva would be beneficial
• Understanding of Google Slides or Pitch would be beneficial
• A self-starter who is ready to take on responsibility and bring fresh ideas
• An individual with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Someone excited to step into a leadership role and make a lasting impact
